Joomla 3.9 introduced the User Actions Log feature which allows you to keep an audit log of important actions taken by (typically administrative) users of your site. This plugin lets you record and display any action taken by the user in Akeeba Backup in your site's administrator area.
Please note that due to the way Joomla works you must have this plugin published not just to record user actions but also to display them. If you unpublish this plugin you may see untranslated strings in the actions log. This is how Joomla works, not a bug.
