The site's database restoration and site reconfiguration are handled by the restoration script included in your backup archive at backup time. This information is printed on your screen every time you run Kickstart, and is included in our video tutorials and documentation.
The error is coming from your database. First, make sure that you have entered your database information correctly. Also verify that you have given the database user the full privileges to the database.
If that is not enough, it is likely that you have backed up database triggers, stored procedures, or functions which require additional privileges to restore. If this is the case, you will need to talk to your host to find out what are the next steps they can offer.
