Dear friends,

I am a private user who has familiarized himself with Joomla over the years and liked to use Akeeba as a secure backup solution. These days I bought the pro version of akeeba to have regular backups without having to think about it.

And just today, when I urgently need a backup (after the update from Joomla 4 to Joomla 5), nothing works anymore.

When I want to install backups, I always get the message:

Hello,

this problem is not caused by Akeeba itself, but by another plugin. If you take a look at the error, you'll see that the culprit is the SIGPlusImageServicesConfiguration one.

You should disable this plugin in the Manage Extension page and report the issue to their creator, since this is not caused by Akeeba Backup itself.
