Hi,

first of all congrats to your great software, we're using Akeeba since 2014 without hassle.

 

Today we've got an unknown system behavior during restoration process.

With Firefox we made a Joomla!3 backup on PHP 8.1 and we'd like to reinstall with kickstart 7.1.2, error message above.

(Thereafter PHP versions changed on original host and new host back to 7.4.33. Kickstat 7.0.2 generate the same error message as shown before.)

Hello,

please update to the latest version and take another backup. There was a packaging issue so some files were missing, hence the error. If you absolutely need to use that specific backup, please let me know, we can provide a ZIP file for fixing the issue.
