Hi - I've just developed a site locally using Akeeba Backup and kickstart.

Although I have an account with you I wanted to take a look at the core versions.

The install appeared to go OK but when I go to the site or the admin page I get this error message:

0 - count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, bool given

Any ideas what I may have done wrong?

Thanks

Ian

Sorry I didn't explain myself properly - I uploaded the jpa file to the live server and then used kickstart to unpack the file and begin the install process.

Thanks

Ian

Your target server (where you restored your site) is using PHP 8 but one of the extensions on site you backed up do not support it. Either downgrade PHP (**NOT RECOMMENDED**) or find the offending extension and update it before transferring the site.

Many thanks for getting back to me Nicholas, as always!

It's all sorted now and the site is working fine :-)
