Hi!

I'm trying to restore a site, Kickstart starts the extraction process, then gives me what you see on the attached screenshot.

According to the errorlog, it's trying to allocate a crazy amount of memory:

[09-Nov-2022 17:49:29 America/Manaus] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 137438949312 bytes) in C:\Websites\goldeneuro.com\kickit.php on line 6741

(137,4 GB is a little much, isn't it?)

I tried with multiple .jpa files, including a very small one, where I left out all large files from /images; same error every time.

Please help!

Chris

This means the archive is corrupt. Kickstart allocates memory when it tries to read something small, e.g. a filename. I don't think you have a file name which is 137.4GB big so, clearly, the archive is corrupt.

Thank you Nicholas, the file was in fact apparently corrupted on upload, managed to sort it out now.
