Hi,

I am restoring a site to localhost and have MAMP Pro 6. I've only upgraded to MAMP Pro 6 (from free) in the last couple of days, but other sites I've restored don't have this problem.

Process
1. Unpack website using Kickstart - successful
2. Enter database details - successful
3. Database restores correctly - successful

After successful database restore, instead of seeing the screen where you can change configuration info, email address, force SSL etc., I get taken to the where it says we're done and to clean up. Clean up works. But having missed the configuration screen, no changes are made to the configuration.php file. I can make the changes to configuration.php manually, and the site works fine.

I have tried with:
PHP 8.11, 8.0.8 and 7.4.21
Kickstart free and pro.
Downloaded backup via FTP and browser.

The only things on the checklist that are off (recommeded on) are Outer Buttering and SFTP(ssh2 support). All other settings are as recommended.

I have tried restoring other sites and the full restore process works, including the configuration screen. The successful restores are from a single .jpa file and the one I'm having issues with is a larger site and has .jpa and .j01

System information attached.

Thank you
Sarah

Check your backup profile's configuration. The “Embedded restoration script” is set to ‘ANGIE for Miscellaneous PHP Applications’. It needs to be set to ‘ANGIE for Joomla! Sites’ to be able to reconfigure Joomla.

Please note that ‘ANGIE for Miscellaneous PHP Applications’ is only meant to be used when you are backing up an additional non-Joomla script (using the ‘Site root override’ and ‘Site database override’ options) hosted on the same hosting account as your Joomla site and outside Joomla's root directory, e.g. in a subdomain whose root is next to (but not inside of) your Joomla site's web root.

Thank you. I can only think I must have accidentally changed this when configuring Amazon S3.
