I'm trying to restore my website from a backup that I previously made. How ever before getting to de database connection it gives me this error (attached file)

Would you be able to tell me what can be the cause of it? thank you

giusto per sicurezza, il suo sito è effettivamente in Joomla 2.5? Mi sembra un po' strano perchè la versione da lei riportata di Akeeba Backup non può girare su Joomla 2.5

E' possibile avere una copia del backup? Il fatto che ANGIE non riesca a riconoscere la versione di Joomla mi è un po' sospetto

Il file è troppo grosso per essere allegato ad un ticket. Lo può caricare da qualche parte e copiare il link d'accesso?

Credo che il problema sia all'origine: il backup è completamente vuoto, non ci sono file al suo interno (se non quelli per il restore).

Potrebbe controllare l'impostazioni sul sito originario?
