I have switched hosts and have numerous Joomla sites to move. I have restored Joomla sites using Akkeba Backup and Kickstart numerous times without any problems previoulsy but on the very first site I tried to move to the new host I still see the placeholder html page I added on the frontend and on the backend I am getting a 500 - Internal Server Error. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Working hours: We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Cyprus timezone (EET / EEST). Support is provided by the same developers writing the software, all of which live in Europe. You can still file tickets outside of our working hours, but we cannot respond to them until we're back at the office.
