I have done this so many times, I'm not sure why it won't find the backup file, I downloaded it twice, made another backup from my live site, then uploaded this new achieve, no luck. I'm on my development site as I'm updating my site to Joomla v4.

I changed the archive permission to 755 from 644 (never had to do this in the past, but tried just in case).

I also tried changing my php to version 8.0.14, this also didn't help.

I tried both the core and pro version of kickstart as well, no luck.

What do you recommend?
