Hello -- I have recently been restoring a handful of Akeeba backup copies via Kickstart to a variety of hosts (trying to determine which ones to use) and I'm often encountering an issue such as the one listed in the screenshot. Is there a log file I can read to determine the exact cause and what would be the best ways to resolve this? Thank you for this wonderful product and I look forward to your advice.

Towards the top of the kickstart.php file you will see there's a line which tells you to uncomment the next line to turn on debugging. So, find the line that currently reads
//define('KSDEBUG', 1);
and change it to read
define('KSDEBUG', 1);
When you run Kickstart it will generate the file debug.txt in the same folder kickstart.php is currently located in which will tell you what it's doing, step by step.
