Good day

I am trying to restore a website a Joomla 3.8.2 website on a IIS server. (version 8) but it wont extract. (Please see attached screenshot)

I would appreciate your advice

This looks like a permissions problem. Under IIS of course you need to use Windows style permissions, the root of your site needs to be accessible by the appropriate group.
