Dear Support,

The admin page is blank after a site migration. Root folder is empty before migration and DB was newly created. Renaming .htaccess or htaccess.txt file does not help.

Page gives error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/test/plugins/quickicon/akeebabackup/akeebabackup.php on line 273

Neither Akeeba Backup 5.6.0 nor Joomla!3.8.1 will run on PHP 5.3. You need to upgrade your PHP version.

You're welcome! Most hosts have multiple versions of PHP available that can be activated through the control panel or in .htaccess.
