Tuan
Hi Team,

I ran a Akeeba Backup on server1 and it has 5 backup file (each about 2gb and the .jpa file).

I restored this backup on a new server2 and everything looks to work fine, but when I run a Akeeba Backup on server2 immediately after the restoration, the backup file are 11 backup files, each about 2gb and the ,jpa file)

My question is, how could server1 backup files be about 11GB total with 5 backup files/.jpa file, and the new server2 has double the backup files/size (11 files each about 2GB and the .jpa file) ?

I ran the backup on server2 immediately with no additional edits or files added, how could server2 backups be so much bigger than the source server1?

Thanks,

Tuan

dlb
Tuan,

Is the backup archive that you restored from still in the root of your site on Server 2?
