Sorry for submitting over the weekend, I do not expect a reply. I think you should allow people to submit tickets over the weekend or outside of working hours but make it clear you're not going to reply. Nobody begrudges you a weekend, and your support is excellent, but sometimes we are waiting a weekend and to have to wait until Monday to submit a ticket is unusual.
This ticket is about your own website so I am submitting it anyway. You can choose to ignore it completely if you wish.
When visiting an old ticket https://www.akeebabackup.com/support/pre-sales/10859-amazon-s3-has-disappeared.html I get a 403 not authorised to view this resource. It is a pre-sales question and I am a registered user so perhaps that is the reason. Not sure, just reporting it.
