1) I am getting the next error trying to access the backend after the restore process. Meanwhile the front end works fine.
500 Unable to load the page you requested.

2) Checking your recommedations, I found the next error at erro log file:
[Wed Nov 09 16:34:39.824624 2016] [php5:error] [pid 8964] [client 192.168.0.108:54631] PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '1/platform.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php5:/usr/share/php5/PEAR') in /srv/www/htdocs/dkora_prod/libraries/import.legacy.php on line 42, referer: http://www.dkora.com.co/installation/index.php?view=finalise

3) import.legacy-php on line 42 states:
require_once JPATH_PLATFORM . '/platform.php';

3) I cant find how resolve that. Could you give us some directions? Best regards.

dlb
That looks like a Joomla! core file. Does the file exist in that location? If so, that would indicate a permissions problem.

We can replace the file from a Joomla! distribution archive, but that is risky. If there is one file missing, there could be more. Did you receive any error messages during the extraction phase of the restore?

Is this a test restore or is this a live site?

Hi. In fact I didnt receive any error during the restore process, and yes it's a production site.

I just installed a new clean joomla 3.5.1 but I cant find the differences under /administrator directories. Any suggestion about how proceed?

dlb
According to the error message the missing file is /libraries/import.legacy.php. If it isn't in your new install, your host may be deleting it as a suspicious file. If that is the case, we just need to get them to whitelist it. Mine shows as 3.1 Kb.
