Hi I have a large backup 5GB. I have a problem with extracting the site. first I got 405, taken your advise to change execution times and now I get
An error occurred

Invalid header in archive file, part 0, offset 1637434614

Hope you can point me in the right direction.

Kind Regards

Hello,

can you please try to flag the option Ignore most errors in Kickstart setup page?

I did and now I get

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 500 (Internal Server Error)
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 4
Raw server response:

A 500 error means that your server is cancelling your request. Most likely this is caused by consuming too many resources, in your case CPU and memory.
The only solution is to locally extract the whole archive using Akeeba eXtract and then upload everything using FTP.

I will give that a shot. Thanks

I have located the issue. There was one file almost 5GB that I had to delete and all is working fine. Not sure why this file caused the issue though.

Large files could do that, that's why we strongly suggest you to exclude such big files.
Moreover, ALICE will warn you, if you tried to include an huge file inside your backup.

However, I'm glad your issue was fixed.
