Hello,

Akeeba restore is not able to detect the .jpa backup.both kickstart.php & .jpa are in same folder i.e.-root folder.

backup was done ok.

The file/folder permission is set to 755 for the root & .jpa

Please let me know where the pb is.

can you please try to temporary set the permissions to 777?
Can you see those files in the drop-down list?

Hello david,

Yes I did the permissions to 777 for all folder under root too including the backed up file.still same.
What do you mean see those files in drop down folder ?

But one thing I noticed is i put latest version 4.0 & even 3.9.0 of kickstart.php but find version 3.7.1 when trying to run kick start as shown in the earlier link I send.
