When using Kickstart Pro and attempting to import an archive from S3, I can connect successfully to S3 and list my buckets. However, after selecting one and clicking "List Contents", I get this error:

AN ERROR OCCURRED

S3::getBucket(): [51]

A little research shows this error is somehow related to SSL communication between my server (a shared hosting server hosted through siteground.com) and Amazon. But I don't know how to pursue it from there. I'd love to be able to import archives instead of manually uploading them!

Thanks.

Please contact your host and ask them to set up a server-level Root Certificate Authority (cacert.pem) file accessible to the PHP cURL module. If the first level of support doesn't understand that request please tell them that Nicholas from Akeeba Backup asked you to tell them to convey this request to Nikolai and Daniel. If Nikolai or Daniel have a question they know how to get in touch with me :)
