Joomla! version: (unknown) 3.15
PHP version: (unknown)5.3
MySQL version: (unknown)
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you) bluehost
Akeeba Backup version which took the backup: Tried the most updated one first and since that didn't work and I moved back to 3.710 and I got the same error
Kickstart version used to extract the backup: (unknown) Extract Wizard 3.3 is what I used.

Description of my issue:

I've tried this several times and keep getting the same issue and error - http://tngpartners.net/stjuderadio/ . Please help me figure this out. Once I load the backup to that location this is what I get. I can still run the installation if I traveled to the installation folder but it gives the same error.

Please contact your host. It's either a problem with their PHP setup or you have one or more php.ini files in your site which interfere with PHP when you try to access your site.

Thx for your fast response. I have full control over my hosting environment so I just need to know what specifically I need to check, update etc. What do you mean problem with php setup ?

IN this case you should recognise from the error message that your open_basedir is wrong (look at the directories). Unfortunately since this is a server setup issue and not an issue with our software we can't provide any further coaching / support to resolve this.
