Description of my issue:Hi,
Trying to make the update from 2.5.13 to Joomla 3 yesterday in my site www.ulcinjrealty.com, I get a
” Fatal error: Class 'JParameter' not found in /home/ulcinjre/public_html/plugins/system/bigshotgoogleanalytics/bigshotgoogleanalytics.php on line 24 “, and I could not go back more. I contacted the server but I could not help me.
Today I did upload JPA file and kickstart PHP, on my server, but I can’t remove the installation directory, and now I get the:
“Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JDispatcher in /home/ulcinjre/public_html/libraries/joomla/event/dispatcher.php on line 279”
Trying to remove installation directory manually with FileZilla, I don’t see that it exists.
Please can you help me?
Thank you,
Andrija Simonovic

You seem to have tried restoring the Joomla! 3 site on top of the Joomla! 2.5 site. As noted in our documentation this is wrong and will result in broken sites. You will have to delete all files and folders from your site before restoring the backup. If you have trouble removing any of the files or folders please ask your host or use the hosting control panel's file manager to do that.
