PHP 5.2 is a very old version of PHP that was discontinued in January 2011. That's not a typo: I mean January twenty eleven. Two and a half years ago. It has known security issues and should not be used on a live site. We stopped supporting it since August 2012, almost a year ago.
Because of security concerns I would recommend asking your host to upgrade you urgently to PHP 5.3 or 5.4. Please note that PHP 5.3 is actually going end of life later this year and will have similar issues in a year's time. If you want to run a secure site you need a host that's willing to migrate you every year to the newest PHP version (5.4, 5.5 and so on).
If, however, you want to continue at your own risk and disable Admin Tools, please remove the following directories from your site:
plugins/system/admintools
plugins/system/atoolsupdatecheck
plugins/system/atoolsjupdatecheck
plugins/quickicon/atoolsjupdatecheck
Please note that now your site is completely unprotected and running on a server with an insecure version of PHP.
