Description of my issue:

I have uploaded my backup file and kickstart.php. When I try to run kickstart.php at http://www.sevengunda.co.za/kickstart.php it downloads the php file.

Please can you help.

This is a bad server configuration. Please contact your host. Only your host can help with their server's configuration.

Hi Nicholas

Any idea what needs to be changed? I usually host my own domains, but this client wanted to stick with his original hosts. Don't know what the system is like. They don't even have cpanel access.

I can't know because I've not set up the server. Wrong Apache handlers? FastCGI screw up? Who knows. Only the people who've set up the server can answer that question.
