Description of my issue:

Hi,
I restored douzens of websites with Akeeba Backup Professional and never any problem.

This time I received an error message after entering the MySQL details. I have no idea what went wrong. I attached a print screen. Can you help me, please?

Please delete the contents of the installation/tmp directory and retry the restoration. If that doesn't work you may have to take a new backup.
