Hello, I have a demonstration site that I would like to place to another address, example: http://www.sitedemo to http://www.mynewsite.
Should we modify files and do special thing?
Sincerely, Jean-Pierre

The process is straightforward: backup sitedemo, restore (e.g. using Kickstart) into mynewsite. Backup the site, restore to the new location. That simple :)

Akeeba Backup backs up and restores your files and your database. There is no need to manually transfer your database. I mean, if you had to do a manual transfer of the files and database, Akeeba Backup would be pointless, wouldn't it?
