You have purchase Akeeba Backup Professional and Admin Tools Professional. I can see it in my support staff view when I am looking at your ticket. Also, that's what is included in the Essentials bundle.
Please remember that you need to log into our site first. Then go to the Downloads page. Every component has two download buttons, one for the free of charge Core version (teal color) and one for the paid Professional version (red color). You need to click on the patter. The file will have the -pro
designation in its filename.
The Download ID is a user account identifier. It has nothing to do with your subscriptions. When you update our software you send that Download ID to our server for it to know who you are, so it can look up whether you have an active subscription to the software you are trying to download. Entering a Download ID won't turn the Core version to Professional, nor removing it (or entering the “wrong” one) will downgrade your Professional version to Core.
