Thanks

It is like any other Joomla extensions. You just need to translate its INI files.
Copy the following INI files from administrator/language/en-GB to administrator/language/it-IT:

You can translate the INI files in the it-IT folders.
When you're done, you can contact me again to contribute your translation to the main distribution of Engage! We include language files from community contributors :)

Hi Nicholas,
I've just begun to translate all files .ini from EN to IT.
All the files about the first list I have found it, but for the second list of the following INI files from language/en-GB to language/it-IT, I didn't find them no one in this folder (obviously I refer to your previous replay) with these files' name:
mod_engage_latest.sys.ini
mod_engage_latest.ini
While for this file com_engage.ini, I think I also have to copy it in this second folder!
Have you got some suggestions?
The files in subdirectories administrator/language are for the backend of the site (and plugins, which for historical reasons are considered part of the backend as far as language handling goes)
The files in subdirectories of language are for the frontend of the site.
While there are BOTH backend AND frontend files named com_engage.ini, you will see that their contents are completely different. If you copy a file into the wrong folder you will get English strings instead of translated strings.
Also remember that you won't see any it-IT folders unless you've installed the Italian language pack in Joomla.

I already have installed the Italian pack in Joomla, so I saw the it-IT folders!
I confuse two paths of the folders: administrator/language with language!
Sorry for the misunderstanding, the heat plays bad tricks!
Ok, now I downloaded all files, so I can begin the translations!
I'll keep you updated on the activity
Thanks a lots!
