I am trying to subscribe to Admin Tools and I get an error. The error is as follows:-

I see that there have been other successful transactions in the meantime and nobody else has reported an issue, nor does Paddle list an issue with their API.

I looked up error code 1020 you receive from CloudFlare. It means that you have triggered CloudFlare's firewall. For some suggestions on what to do please check https://www.howtogeek.com/853271/how-to-fix-error-1020-access-denied/. As a quick summary:

  • If you are using a VPN please disable it; it may have been used to launch attacks against other sites, therefore blacklisted.
  • Use a different browser, if possible without any browser add-ons. If you're on Windows you can use Firefox Portable.
  • Try restarting your computer and your Internet router.

If these do not help, please contact Paddle directly at [email protected], copying them the email you got. Their network staff can check their CloudFlare logs to find out why you are being blocked (the logs state the reason you triggered the firewall). Unfortunately, since Paddle is a third party company we don't have that kind of access ourselves, otherwise I know what needs to be done to help you.
