trying out the Data Compliance Utility, but stuck..

WHen I Follow the

QuickStart guide. page 29

Cookie law (ePrivacy
Directive) compliance
Find the System - Data Compliance Cookie Conformance plugin and click on it.

 

I cannot find this plugin

I have these only

Data Compliance – Akeeba Release System

Data Compliance – Akeeba LoginGuard

So can't complete guide

This plugin was removed a very long time ago.

Supposedly, a future version of Joomla will have a cookie manager plugin. So, I guess, just wait?

Update yesterday.

 

So i thought it was a current component

Again, the cookie PLUGIN has been removed from this extension package a long time (several years) ago.

The rest of the extension (the component, and a bunch of other plugins) still exists and its latest version was indeed published a few months ago.

Is that more clear now?
