Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

what happens if you click on the link suggested by Akeeba Backup? In that way it should be able to heal itself.

Yes, when I click the Click Here to let Akeeba Backup update its database files it cleared the error. It now says it can do a backup. The error message was misleading because it said I had to fix the jos table first before clicking, but evidently not so. Thanks!
