Sorry about that. You had hit a bug on our site that I fixed shortly after. You subscribed for an automatic renewal of your subscription but the first payment period was set to start in February, not November. This meant that you were left without a subscription between November and February.

I manually created a free three month subscription for you since the problem was definitely not your fault by any means. You can now log out of our site and log back in to get access to the downloads and support.

Once again I apologize about this issue.
