Go to Components, Akeeba Backup, Schedule Automatic Backups.
Scroll all the way down.
Click on the URL tab.
You will see something like https://www.example.com/index.php?option=com_akeeba&view=Backup&key=SOMETHING_LONG_HERE
Copy the part after key= (in the example above it's SOMETHING_LONG_HERE) and paste it to Watchful.li. It is the Secret Word they are asking you for.
Scroll all the way down.
