I installed a CRON-JOB:
/usr/local/bin/php /home/swissm4/www/startup-club.ch/cli/akeeba-backup.php --profile=2

In the Mail I got the following warnings:

Is there a way to solve these errors?

Hello,

you can safely ignore these errors.
We had to add a workaround in around scripts since Joomla 3.4.7 was broken and didn't allowed CLI scripts to run, the only drawback are the warning you are seeing.
However, since version 3.4.8 of Joomla fixed this problem, we will remove the workaround (and thus the warnings) in the next version of Akeeba Backup.
