I purchased Akeeba Tools yesterday, Order Number : 105548972247. For some reason I can't download the product. It's not in my subscriptions. So what do I do next?

If you look at my account there is still no place to download Admintools Professional.
When I click on the link (https://www.akeebabackup.com/download/admintools/3-5-1/com_admintools-3-5-1-pro-zip.html) to download I get this:
Oh, dear, we have a 403
