Checked my subscription and it is current. When I go to products like Backup and Admin Tools it
asks me to subscribe?

I am a current subscriber. If there a problem with my account?

If you are talking about our Downloads page please log out and back in.

If you are talking about the Products pages (example) please note that the "subscribe now" text is hard-coded on that static page. It doesn't check if you are a subscriber. It's a marketing blurb which shows the top features of a product and asks people to purchase it.

No problem :) The need to log out and back in is a limitation of Joomla! when user groups are added to a user account. We do try to work around it but due to some other limitations in 2Checkout's payment processing (they don't redirect your browser to the special URL required for our workaround to work) you usually have to log out and back in. As far as we know there is a fix for this issue scheduled for inclusion in Joomla! 3.4, whenever it's released, so we just beg your patience until this is ultimately resolved by Joomla!.
