 Hello,

I just receive a new update and I upload it successfully, but unfortunately, the link in the component menu, disappear.

Maybe something is missing in the new update code.

Just to inform that the admintools is installed and works perfectly, I still can have an access using the system,configuration.

This is a known Joomla! bug. Install the component again, WITHOUT uninstalling it before the re-installation. Now the component magically re-appears in your Components menu.
