#3777 Remote Control - Access Denied error

I have searched the forum and read the documentation. The older version of akeeba and remote control work successfully. When I enter my information after having upgraded it will not connect. I keep getting an access denied error.

I have installed and setup the component online and have successfully run a backup in the administration area.

I first tried it without a secret key but 'Get Profiles' was grayed out. So I created a secret key and now get Access Denied.

Any thoughts?

Go to Akeeba Backup and click on Component Parameters. Find the "Enable front-end and remote backups" option, set it to Yes and Save. Now retry backing up from Remote Control.

Important: Make sure your secret word in Remote Control matches the one you set in the component.
