Using the Remote I can connect to the site and start a backup OK, BUT it appears that both post-processing falls over after the backup is physically done, and I am unable to view backup files on the server.
Checking the backup on the backend and using FileZilla it appears to have finished but I cannot view the files from the Remote client and it does not download.
I have also discovered that if I look at the Backups using the backend viewer, they are all marked 'no description' and all backups are obsolete and dated 30.11.99 ???
I have tried to find similar problems in the forums but have not been successful.
I have attached screenshots of the errors and the logs from front and back end which don't seem to have anything obvious (to me anyway).
Please advise if I can do more to diagnose...
