Running Kickstart 2.4.1 results in very slow extracting and several windows with:

Error:

400 Bad Request

Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2 Server at www.XXXXXXX.nl Port 80

How can I resolve this

The slowness is a new feature designed to work with Apache's mod_security so that JoomlaPack doesn't get killed as a DoS attack. The setting is on the kickstart options page, I think the default is 2000.

The 404 error isn't important in this case, but the 400 we need to figure out. I don't know what it means, I'll flag this thread for Nicholas.

Please try using the Javascript Redirects mode. It looks like your server doesn't like the AJAX calls made by Kickstart.

Alternatively, try renaming your backup file to something simpler, e.g. sitebackup.jpa (or .zip, just match the original file's extension)
