Hi

Just installed latest JoomlaPack and created backup OK.

Used eXtract to restore site to local laptop and everyting is fine except that the menus in the site have not appeared but I have this error note:

"Warning: Parameter 1 to modMainMenuHelper::buildXML() expected to be a reference, value given in C:\xampp\htdocs\millport\libraries\joomla\cache\handler\callback.php on line 99"

Can anyone explain what I need to do to resolve this.

Best wishes for a Happy New Year to all!

Cheers
Charles

Charles,

What version of php and what version of Joomla!? Joomla! is not php 5.3 compatible until 1.5.15. If you have php 5.3 installed on your local server, you need ot downgrade php or upgrade Joomla!

Many thanks Dale, you are spot on re the versions. The version of Joomla is an older one so I will get this sorted out now I know the problem.
Cheers

I can look really good with the answer at my fingertips after I've seen the problem a couple of dozen times.
