Support

I am getting the error:

XML-RPC layer error:Socket Error # 11001
Host not found.

I have tried all of the suggestions I've found on the forum...

I am using the full domain with http:// (http://www.attacktabletennis.com)
I have also tried "http://www.attacktabletennis.com/xmlrpc/index.php" and "http://attacktabletennis.com/xmlrpc/index.php"
Plugin is enabled and public
Enable Web Services is on
I can generate a backup file if I use the administrator

When I go to:
http://attacktabletennis.com/index.php?option=com_joomlapack&act=xmlrpc&no_html=1
I get this error:
403 Operation not permitted


??????? does anyone have any ideas??

nevermind, i tried "www.attacktabletennis.com/xmlrpc/index.php" and it worked.
