Hi,

I am in need of some quick information regarding an upgrade from Joomla 1.0 to 1.5. I am currently running a website off of 1.0, but want to back it up so I will have the files neccessary after installing 1.5. After installing JoomlaPack 1.0 however, I clicked on the backup, and the menu just redirected me to the Joomla 1.0 Content Panel. Any other problems with the older version of JoomlaPack, and if so, is there any way to fix this? Thanks

The proper version of JoomlaPack for a Joomla! 1.0.x site is 1.2.3, which is available on our downloads page. I don't know of anything that is broken in that version, it simply lacks many of the improvements of the 2.x series.

If you have the correct JoomlaPack version, please make sure your backup log is set to "All information and debug" and retry your backup. When it fails, please download, zip and post your log here. That may give some additional hint about what is happening.
