I'm trying to restore a backup in a local site (wampserver 2.0). However, when I try to restore a .jpa file there are some files missing, while with a .zip the files are restored correctly. Here is a list of folders extracted from the zip:

cache
components
dmdocuments
images
includes
language
libraries
logs
media
modules
plugins
templates
tmp
xmlrpc[/ul]

When I use a JPA backup, It only extracts the following folders:

[ul]administrator
cache
components
dmdocuments
installation[/ul]
What am I doing wrong? is it a bug in kickstart or in the jpa routine?

I'm using joomlapack 2.1.1 & kickstart 2.1.1.

There isn't a problem with either that I am aware of, but clearly something is wrong. Are you running out of space on the server where you are restoring to? (Hey, it could happen. :D ) How did you download the .jpa file, from Administer Backup files or via ftp? If the Administer Backup files screen is still available, is the file size of the backup there the same as it is on your local copy? Did you get any errors from kickstart?
