1. I have my backup dir is outsite public html. It's /home/username/backups.

I don't know how to use this dir in FTP Connection Options of JP Remote. It's always can't found my backup dir.

or i confused ? This FTP Connection use for remote backup to another FTP ? It's mean i can use to upload backuped file to another host by its ftp ? (but can i use outsite public_html dir or not ?)

I have tried with remote ftp. Test connection is ok.
But while backing up its said: FTP transport error ???

2. My JP admin have multi profile.

Which one for backup db only. Which one for everything.

How can i choose wich profile use for JP remote ? Thank you.

I have done with question 2. Thank you

The ftp transfer is not designed to move the backup from one server to another server. It is intended to move the backup from the server to the local machine where JPRemote is running. We have run into some cases where the host restricts the number of concurrent ftp connections for one account of IP address. That is the only thing that comes to mind where the test would work but the download does not. Could that be the problem?
