Hi there, Nicholas.

I have 2 Joomla groups that I've set up for ATS:

  1. Support Client
  2. Support Staff

The ATS Joomla module displays the number of open tickets per user. When logged-in user is a member of the Support Staff group, is there any way to make the open tickets count reflect the number of open tickets for ALL users?

Thank you!

Regards,
Jonathan

No. That's not what this module is meant to do. This module is designed to show the user their personal ticket statistics. That's mostly because a service site really needs that instead of a menu item to "my tickets".

Support staff needs more than just a module. They need to see what the actual tickets are, and be able to respond to them. That's what the Latest Open Tickets view does. Create a menu item to the Latest Open Tickets page, and have a Custom HTML (or menu) module linking to that menu item.
