sakis

Hi

I am trying to setup ATS cron jobs as per instructions provided in the "Automation" page.

All worked except the "autoclose" which gives me an error (see attachment).

Btw, I checked your install.mysql.utf8.sql and i see no column named "modified_on"

Kind regards,
Sakis

Yes, that's a typo. Please download and install this dev release: https://www.akeeba.com/download/ats-dev/5-3-10-dev202411070734-revd289e2d1.html

The error seems fixed now.

Though, i received some hundreds of emails with the subject "New assigned ticket: #{id}".

Any idea why this happens and if it will continue happening?

Kind regards,

These were old ticket records which were never assigned to a manager. I will check why they get assigned when you run autoclose.
