Since there is no “info module” I will assume you are talking about the backend “Akeeba Ticket System – Ticket Stats” module. This is a very simple module which uses ATS' ControlpanelModel to query the database; it's the exact same code you have in ATS' control panel page displaying the tickets count. However, because it's a module, it is subject to Joomla's caching.
If you see these tickets in ATS' backend Tickets page but not in the module then the problem is caching. Let the cache expire and you will see them. If you do not see them in the Tickets page then the problem is that the tickets have not been added.
