If loget in and try to open a new ticker will get the following error:

 

The requested page can't be found.

An error has occurred while processing your request.

You may not be able to visit this page because of:

  • an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
  • mistyped address
  • a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
  • you have no access to this page

Hello,

this seems a problem related to your menu structure. Did you create a menu entry for Ticket Categories? Is that available to everyone or there's a specific access level?
