Hello,

Starting today, we have been getting an error on the front end when submitting new tickets:

Akeeba Ticket System - An unhandled Exception has been detected

I have attached the debug output for reference.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

As you can see in your debug trace, it comes from a third party plugin. Due to the cropping in the PDF printout I can only make a part of its name: /plugins/fields/acfgalle

Please talk to the developer of this plugin. It is their bug to fix.

Thank you for the suggestion. I downgraded the version of the plugin referenced in the debug trace.
