#40187 Ticketing by email don't work anymore

For some reason, ticketing via e-mail [email protected] (cron) doesn't send the content of the ticket.
All senders have useraccounts.

System sets a new ticket correctly, but the content of the mail is not set inside the ticket.

Also POSTER_NAME doesn't give the senders name or email. See my previous ticket about this.

 

What is happening ? It was working correct al the time. All of a sudden it doesn't work anymore.

Were you receiving email through Microsoft (Hotmail, Office 365, Exchange Server), or Google (Gmail, G Suite)?

No, through Mozilla Firefox Thunderbird.

But I can change it to Gmail or Outlook 365.

I am asking a different question. Who is your email provider? Is it your host? Is it Microsoft 365 for Business? Is it Google's G Suite? Something else? Please specify.

There is a reason I am asking.

Yesterday, I was working on an issue regarding mail fetch not working when the email provider is Microsoft 365 for Business. Small changes on their end and small changes in PHP 8.3 broke email body fetching from the mail server. I had to do a big upgrade to the next major version of Horde which, despite being labeled "alpha", is much more stable already. Therefore, I am wondering if what I fixed and what you experience are the same problem.

The provider is Vimexx, this my host (shared server). PhP 8.2.11. IMAP/SMTP are mail.zxcs.nl
